Blondies | No White Sugar, No White Flour
What could be simpler {not to mention more fun} than this recipe for Blondies from Dextonista? With no white sugar or white flour, this treat is as appealing for what it does not contain as much as for how yummy it is. Stir together a short list of natural ingredients ingredients from the SimplyCooking® Pantry and bake in the standard 8 inch by 8 inch pan. Cut into two-bite squares for three dozen tasty little treats good for an on-the-go energy boost or even for dinner guests.

8 oz. {1 cup} natural creamy peanut butter or other nut butter
2 - 3 oz. {about 1/3 cup} honey
1 egg
1/4 tsp. Celtic Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 oz. {1/2 cup} dark chocolate chips
butter, for the pan
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 8" x 8" baking pan. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in the prepared pan and bake 20 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into 36 little squares.
