Superfood Smoothie
Stick blender at the ready and just a few ingredients from the SimplyCooking® Pantry, Superfood Smoothies are super - simple food for any day.

1 cup chia gel (see previous post)
1 cup frozen berries
1 cup fresh spinach {enough to fill the container for the stick blender}
5 drops liquid stevia
1 banana
As always, I take measuring lightly, so the above are just guidelines. Measure one cup chia gel into the immersion blender’s container. It likely has measurements marked on the side. Add frozen berries and then fill to overflowing with spinach. Blend until smooth. Add the liquid stevia drops and banana and blend again. Add water if needed to thin.
