The SimplyCooking® freezer is a cold and barren place; there’s not a lot here other than tidy packages of the fruits and hopefully a tray of frozen banana bon bons.  But within these packages are the magic for smoothies, milkshakes, healthy desserts and breakfast bowls.  There is also a few vegetables for my stand by quick soups and sides.  I love looking in the freezer drawer knowing the many possibilities there are with these select purchases.  Here's what to stock for SimplyCooking® recipes.

Bananas {Freeze these yourself by peeling ripe bananas, placing in Ziploc bags and storing in the freezer}
