vegan chocolate shake

1 frozen banana
1 cup milk of choice
1 heaping Tbsp sunflower butter or other nut butter
1 heaping Tbsp cacao powder
1 packet Stevia
1 cup crushed ice or a few cubes

Let the banana thaw a little if frozen solid.  Blend all ingredients.
