Dark Chocolate Pudding Pure and Simple
1/3 cup cacao
1/3 cup sugar
1 TBSP arrowroot starch
pink of salt
1 1/2 cups milk of choice
Whisk cacao, sugar, arrowroot starch and a pinch of salt in a medium pan. Over medium heat slowing whisk in the milk. Whisk until well combined, thickened and beginning to bubble. Remove from the heat and pour the pudding into a bowl. Let stand until the pudding comes to room temperature, then refrigerate until firm.
